Our experienced Wedding Co-Ordinator will assist you and your partner in planning all the details of your special day helping it flow as seamlessly as possible.

Our beautiful estate provides you with an elegant backdrop for both your ceremony and reception. From the Cuvee Lawn & Gardens in Winter, to the Cherry Blossoms in Spring or the Cellar Deck on a Summer Evening there is a location to help make your ceremony your own.

While your guests take in these beautiful sights over canapés and drinks, you and your wedding party have the opportunity to utilise our surrounds for your memorable photographs.

Restaurant Cuvee with its beautiful sandstone walls and exposed timber beams provide an ideal backdrop for your Hunter Valley wedding reception. Be it a small intimate wedding of 20 people up to a larger group of 100, we can create a package that will suit any dream.
